By clicking the SUBMIT REQUEST button you are requesting a Title Search and agree to pay the necessary fees. In most cases, total cost per search (excluding General Law) should be just over $42.00.

Please note: NO amount has been charged to you at this stage.  Full payment will be requested in an Invoice which will be forwarded to you with the requested documentation.  We attend the Titles Office in person to investigate your request. We are unable to fax or email, as copies are often supplied on A3 size, often many pages. You will need to allow 3 to 4 working days for proper investigation, checking, invoicing and mail delivery.
