It's easy to request a title search, and the
most specific information available should be provided. A combination of
some of the following would be appropriate:

Volume / Folio number.

Lot Number / Plan of Subdivision number.

Full names of current owner(s).

Property address.
-
Crown Allotment number, Section, Township or Parish.

Original Grantee, date of grant and area (land size).
A copy of a plan clearly showing the area to
be searched would also be helpful.
Mail or fax your request, or simply fill in

Form' and forward to us.
